Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our inventory consists primarily of new, unused surplus and overstock items, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

No Returns for Change of Mind or Fitment

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect fit or compatibility

  • Ordering error

  • Items no longer needed

Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications, compatibility, and suitability prior to purchase. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sales@northcountrysupply.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for resolution. In approved cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

Manufacturing Defects

Many of the products we sell are factory-sealed or boxed by the manufacturer. We are not able to open or test sealed products prior to shipment. For items covered by a manufacturer warranty, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is approved due to shipping damage or an incorrect item sent. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returned items.

Condition of Approved Returns

If a return is approved, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned in the same condition as received

Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
